Responsibilities: Establish relationships with Key Client Stakeholders and business partners such as EHS and Quality leads.Manage the performance of Hard Services delivery to minimize/eliminate downtime of the equipment.Ensure compliance (regulatory and JLL required) for all systems in JLL scope of works.Resolve Hard services FM issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose continuous reliability improvement.Drive and promote safety culture including subcontractors, suppliers, and visitors.Track SLA & KPI systems (PPM and Critical PPM compliance measurement).Manage subcontractors and suppliers to deliver goods and services against contracts and expectations.Manage on-site teams, allocating resources and delegating workloads.Work closely with other Hard Services Managers to exchange good practices across all Client's sites.Liaise with the EHS and Quality teams, assisting with technical issues arising from incidents.Support the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client as requested.Implement JLL best practices to exceed client goals and expectations.Hold regular meetings with Client's stakeholders, reporting performance to the client.Monitor failure data generated by the customer to ascertain potential product improvements.Analyze equipment trends and manage life cost cycle.Support the preparation of Service Schedules in line with predictive maintenance best practices.Conduct operational audits for engineering system reporting and compliance.Act as an On-Call Manager for site operational support.Requirements: Degree in Engineering or a related field, with Technically qualified professional engineer status.Experience in a fast-moving environment.Excellent working knowledge of building services installations including HVAC/Electrical and other technical systems.Experience in maintaining engineering environments and providing hard services.Experience managing facilities contracts P&L.A strategic thinker with capability and experience to work with a wide range of stakeholders.Ability to communicate complex concepts and negotiate effectively.Strong communicator with good presentation skills and strong verbal & written communication skills (English & Italian).Quality Management knowledge and experience.If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.
