Whatever you want to do, you'll have the full support of a global business.About the roleWe're currently looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Technical Engineer to join our Engineering team based in Madrid, Spain.The role is responsible for supporting the sales team on all technical engineering issues.Main responsibilitiesProvide engineering support for the application of Leviat products, that deliver pragmatic solutions to a broad range of customer projects.Prepare the necessary documentation (reports, plans, calculations, part lists, etc.) to analyse and justify adopted engineering solutions.Provide continuous improvement of processes and working methods in the day-to-day business.Support and execute key projects directly with the customer (consulting, dimensioning and production) in cooperation with the sales team.Conduct product and process training with colleagues in the Engineering team, as well as with internal and external sales teams.Support and participate in sales support events.Professionally represent Leviat to external customers.Provide cross-departmental development of internal and external documentation in relation to engineering solutions.To be successful in this role you'll need:A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Design, Mechanical, Civil, Structural); Architecture or Drafting.Autocad 2D/3D drawing and BIM drawing experience.Experience of other design software applied to marketing is desirable.To be fluent in Spanish Language and at least English to level B2.To possess a high level of integrity, ethics and be able to maintain confidentiality in relation to sensitive information.An understanding of Structural Materials/construction accessories.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact at all levels in a professional manner.The ability to be flexible, decisive and quick-thinking.Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.To champion Leviat values.What we offer?We are a global business, looking to attract and retain the best talent.A culture that values opportunity for growth, development and internal promotion.Highly competitive base pay.Pension contribution.Hybrid and flexible working dependent on your role.A range of other benefits, specific to your role and depending on where in the world you join us i.e. health care, medical insurance, discounted shopping.Ongoing personal learning and development support.Leviat is an equal opportunities employer.
