Technical Director, Food Colors Latam

We are problem solvers and we will be better with you.The Technical Director Food Colors is responsible for leading the applications and technical services activities to ensure customer satisfaction.What you will do:Lead development and prioritization of projects and new processes.Lead compliance programs to ensure compliance with all regulations.Manage direct and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of objectives and development of suitable methodologies.Prioritize projects based on business impact.Provide technical guidance to business unit, group leaders, and clients.Set process improvement initiatives throughout the organization to achieve Group Level KPI's.What you will bring with you:Technical Degree (Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, or Food Science - Master / PhD in general science or food science preferred).Ten or more years of experience in project management.
