We are independent and fully funded.THE JOBAs our Technical Director, you will play an essential role in setting up the studio infrastructure and in laying the foundation for the game. Your expertise and collaborative spirit will drive all key technical decisions for the studio and guide your team. We are Unreal-based, and we are building a multiplayer game with high emphasis on emergent experiences. In the early phases of development we will focus on prototyping.Minimum requirements5+ Years experience within AAA (7th/8th Generation Consoles a bonus)Strong proficiency with C++ (Unreal a bonus)Experience with live-service online gamesExcellent command of the English languageA servant leader mindset, emphasising the importance of helping your teamA desire to create a culture of quality, collaboration and iterationAt Bespoke Pixel we work on site in Barcelona, currently 5 days a week.
