.Technical Digital Product Analyst Job Title: Technical Digital Product Analyst Maximize the outcome of the Agile teams to give the best value to customers. Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog, create actionable user stories for the development team, participate in daily scrum meetings, answer developers' questions as the customer/user representative, and accept the finished user stories to ensure the work meets the criteria. Participate in iteration retrospectives. Work in a context of an Agile team (Scrum or Kanban), supported by the Scrum Master, to apply the best agile practices in terms of product backlog management (writing good features and user stories, setting good acceptance criteria, prioritization and refinement of the backlog, accepting the user stories, managing demos). Common Accountabilities: Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area. Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information. Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from the manager. Specific Accountabilities: Understand, Identify and Define Customer Needs: Transform the high-level vision of the Product Manager into detailed requirements, working closely with a range of stakeholders for the product, including non-customer stakeholders such as finance, security, operations, support, audit, and others. Interact with Product Managers to write user stories affecting the team backlog. Support the Product Features Definition (Scoping): With the support of the Agile team, lead the definition and prioritization of the User stories, based on customer needs and value, to deliver based on market and business needs. Consider and prioritize amongst all user stories the enabler work and sequence the architectural runway in collaboration with the development team. Manage, Prioritize and Communicate the Flow of Work: Ensure the features and user stories backlogs are reprioritized before each release and sprint planning session. Constantly align and communicate with respective agile counterparts and leadership team. Do sufficient analysis to ensure requirements are ready to be worked on. Work closely with delivery teams to ensure they build the right functionality in a timely manner. Be involved with ongoing testing efforts. Participate in Agile Events: Accept stories prior to Sprint review. Actively participate in team coordination meetings, PO synchronization meetings, draft plan reviews, and management meetings. Actively participate in System demos and Inspect & Adapt workshops if in SAFe. Attend the events and sharing sessions organized by the Community of Practice of Product Owners. Organize demos
