You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter to customers and support them, directly impacting patient health and overall well-being.This position is part of the Technical Support Team and reports to the Technical Customer Support Manager. You will operate independently within your geographic territory; however, we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor, and receive expert technical support.You'll be classified as a remote worker and be provided with a company car, mobile phone, and laptop. You'll partner with the customer not only on technical issues but on how to maximize the instrument's usage.Develop your project management skills in the context of installation projects.Provide excellent and efficient support to Beckman Coulter's customers and Field Service Engineers, along with technical training.Accompany the digital transformation and contribute your IT knowledge to installation projects and internal projects.Maintain customer support logs and internal records in a timely manner, ordering parts and adhering to cycle times.Work closely with our sales and office staff, providing consultancy to our customers on preventive maintenance, service contracts, and equipment solutions
