The Beckman Coulter Diagnostic Technical Customer Support is responsible to provides excellent support to our customers and Field Service Engineers while installing and maintaining diagnostic instrumentation and systems in hospitals and stand-alone laboratory environments. You ´ll work to guarantee constant technical growth of field engineers. You'll be the face of Beckman Coulter to customers and support them, directly impacting patient health and overall well-being. This position is part of the Technical Support Team and reporting to Technical Customer Support Manager. You ´ll operate independently within their geographic territory, however we operate as a team to share standard methodologies, mentor, and receive expert technical support. You'll be classified as a remote worker and be provided with a company car, mobile phone and laptop. You will be required to travel within the region to support customers using your technical expertise with overnight stays as needed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Develop and build knowledge to understand the industry, the company, the products, tools, and the team. This is supported with a clear Development Pathway program as part our culture to develop and grow our teams. Be supported by a strong leadership team, involved in keys projects to deliver successful installations for our customers that meet their requirements and that of our company. Complete troubleshooting, installation, validation, preventative maintenance, modifications, and repairs on Beckman Coulter equipment Support laboratory systems in the field of clinical and research diagnostics. You'll partner with the customer not only on technical issues, but how to maximize the instrument's usage. Develop your project management skills in the context of installation projects. Provide excellent and efficient support to Beckman Coulter's customers and Field service engineers, along with technical training. Accompany the digital transformation and contribute your IT knowledge to installation projects and internal projects
