*Applicants must have valid Dutch working visa (no sponsorship, HSM or Orientation Year visa not applicable)* For our international client in Zoetermeer, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual for a hybrid role as a Technical Application Specialist for the Dutch market. Our client specializes in providing workforce management solutions for global markets.
As an Application Specialist, you are the "go-to person" for providing technical assistance related to hardware, Cloud-based solutions, and PC software. You will respond to incoming technical queries and address system/user issues in a timely and professional manner. Understanding and identifying bugs, as well as recognizing customer feature requirements, are essential aspects of the role. You will work closely with our developers and engineers to troubleshoot customer problems and ensure effective follow-up.
You should have a methodical approach, strong communication skills, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment. Finding opportunities for further improvement is your second nature.
You will collaborate with Application Specialist colleagues and Customer Success Agents within the team, as well as with Sales and Software Engineers. You will report to the Customer Success Manager.
Responsibilities/Tasks Answer complex technical queries from potential and existing customers, resellers, and distributors, facilitating call transfers where necessary/applicable. Provide installation, implementation, and usage assistance, as well as onboarding services. Assist Customer Success Agents with live technical queries. Identify and document irregular system behaviors to developers/engineers (bug reports). Identify and document feature requests to developers/engineers to improve current and new products. Assist other departments with product usage, technical queries from external partners, and training. Participate in internal training and training of new staff members. Aid in company-wide tasks and projects (translations, investigations, etc.). Evaluate and process customer feedback for proactive enhancements or additions to our current offerings. Contribute to the general success of the company by engaging in improvements. Requirements Near-native level of Dutch and business fluent English; additional language skills are a plus. HBO level of education; bachelor's degree preferred. Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric attitude. Technical, analytical mindset with strong IT skills and attention to detail. Experience in customer service/B2B sales and a proactive, independent working style.
