Your responsibilities and impact working as a Technical Customer Service Specialist will be: Supporting customers with inquiries related to telecom services, focusing on technical questions Maintaining and updating the customers' accounts Dealing with sensible data Ensuring high-quality service and customers' satisfaction What's in it for you?
