Technical Coordinator – Job Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Coordinator to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee and support the deployment of IT hardware while ensuring all processes run smoothly.
You will act as a vital link between the onsite technicians and project managers, ensuring technical and quality standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities: Validate schedules with technicians and confirm their check-in upon arrival.
Ensure all inventory checks are completed and hardware is onsite before installations begin.
Provide remote guidance and technical support to onsite technicians during installations.
Escalate any issues to the Project Manager and assist in resolving them efficiently.
Sign into Meraki portals or personality servers to verify that equipment is successfully connected to the network.
Assist with system testing and troubleshooting during and after installations.
Collect and document photos, checklists, and sign-offs from technicians and update the project plan or manager with the installation status.
Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in IT hardware deployment.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish .
Technical Knowledge: Ability to follow installation guides and processes, and perform remote IT support, including server configurations.
Independence: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Calm Under Pressure: Ability to perform effectively under minimal pressure and tight deadlines.
