Job Description We are currently seeking a talented Content Steward to join our team and support a major pharmaceutical company in managing their global content platform.
This involves managing, approving, storing, and sharing promotional and medical content while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and operational efficiency.
Main Tasks : Content Management: Oversee the storage, approval, and distribution of promotional and medical content within the global content creation and utilization model. Platform Support: Provide technical assistance and support for Vault / Aprimo platforms, including user management, task management, and support ticket resolution. Data Management: Run service reports, follow up on metrics, and ensure data quality and integrity. Incident Management: Handle incidents related to the content approval process, organize and process data, and report on incident trends. User Onboarding: Verify user registration information, ensure accurate data entry, and follow proper procedures for onboarding new users. Data Remediation: Perform data remediation tasks within the platform to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Requirements Availability to work from Monday to Friday in US time zone (13 / 14h CET to 21 / 22h CET) Fluent English. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Certificate of Higher Education (Professional Formation) or Bachelor's Degree. Strong understanding of content management principles and practices. Familiarity with content creation and approval workflows. Experience with content management systems (Vault / Aprimo preferred). Excellent organizational and time management skills to ensure agile and good quality of task management. Familiar with databases and data entry. Proficiency in reporting. Effective verbal and written communication skills when providing assistance to employees or preparing reports. Soft Skills: Problem-solving skills. Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from data. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsible and meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and consistency. Computer skills should be comfortable accessing information and using programs on one or more operating systems. Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Preferred Qualifications : Prior experience in a company with high regulated environments. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards (pharma preferred). Prior experience in software development. Prior experience with the ServiceNow ticketing tool and as an admin.
