Company Description
This role is responsible for developing and delivering standardized and defined technical support in the area of Merchandising. As a Technical Support Consultant, you are the implementation partner of our customers and you are helping them to perform optimizations of customer specific processes according to their requirements.
During this phase of the customer relationship, you also provide the necessary technical support to ensure the stability of our solutions. Job Description
Support our existing clients in any technical matters related to our software portfolio.
Implementing and supporting our data model into SQL Server and Oracle environments.
Ability to troubleshoot any kind of issues independently.
Involvement in technical projects for existing software solutions and their integration in the customer environment
You support all project participants and project management with your expertise and the provision of solutions and customizations in time, in quality
Transfer projects into regular operations at the customer and support your colleagues and customers in support cases / escalations.
Contribution with your expertise to technical groups where you are involved
Analyze client requirements and come up with technical solutions to match.
Support the NielsenIQ sales team and analytics team with your technical competence, experience Build up a strong partnership with the defined customers and inspire the customers, in accordance with the contractual agreements.
Qualifications
Software support and administration skills
Database experience in SQL Server and Oracle
Strong Communication skills (Spanish & English)
Reliability and commitment to the project and support
Patience and the will to find the solution to the problem that is necessary for the solution
Ability to work in a team and collaboratively with internal and external experts
Very good understanding of customer issues with the aim of meeting customer needs
Ability to build good relationships with external and internal stakeholders
Very good organizational and prioritization skills
