Ragnarok is a rapidly-expanding full-service agency with teams in the US, Europe, and Asia.
As a marketing dev agency rolled into one, we bridge the gap between creative, marketing, and technology.
We specialize in cross-channel content strategy, creation, and distribution (email, paid social, push, SMS, web, video), and MarTech implementations.
We work with 50 clients, ranging in size from companies like YETI, Upside, and Nutrafol to established marquee brands like AE Networks, Afterpay, and Stanley Black & Decker.
We are seeking a full-time Technical Consultant with hands-on experience in marketing automation tools and a strong understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
The ideal candidate combines expertise in email marketing and marketing operations, with a potential background in software engineering.
We're looking for a proactive and driven professional eager to expand their skill set and succeed in the fast-paced, ever-evolving MarTech landscape.
In this role, you will lead implementations across platforms like Braze, Iterable, Segment, mParticle, OneSignal, and Mixpanel, applying your technical expertise to navigate the nuances of each tool and deliver seamless integrations.
This fully remote, client-facing position offers the chance to work at the cutting edge of marketing technology while contributing to impactful solutions for diverse clients Responsibilities: Guide a MarTech platform implementation from beginning to end, leading the documentation/planning process, while effectively managing all Ragnarok deliverables and communications with the client Lead projects and consistently communicate project deliverables with clients and internal teams Consult with customers on their marketing use cases in order to advise on the set-up and execution of their program in the platform Recognize opportunities and solutions to key business challenges through technology and provide guidance on getting more value out of current tools Provide support on marketing analytics and reporting, as needed The ideal candidate: Has technical experience configuring automated campaigns and journeys within Lifecycle marketing tools such as Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, customer.io, or similar platforms Experience determining cross-platform technical requirements for tools across the MarTech stack Has platform experience designing and implementing solutions within Segment, Rudderstack, mParticle, Tealium, or similar CDPs Has experience with other tools across the MarTech stack including analytics, enrichment, and attribution Understands multi/omni channel transactional and marketing messaging Understands marketing attribution and can audit platform integrations and attribution data Experience with JSON or SQL/data modeling best practices Experience in data activation using reverse ETL tools like Hightouch or Census Proficient with scripting languages (python, javascript) and lambda functions Has the ability to clearly articulate/present technical topics to a non-technical audience Has superior written skills, epic organization, email etiquette, and communication skills Is a people person.
Has a good attitude, friendly, and thrives in a team and client facing environment Is a self-starter and motivated Minimum requirements to be considered: 3 years of software implementation support experience 5 years of experience in client or key stakeholder interaction 5 years of work experience in a corporate setting Experience with the following (or similar) platforms: Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, Cordial, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Responsys, Cheetahmail, Simondata, Segment, Tealium, mParticle or Salesforce Marketing Cloud Experience with cross-functional teams including engineers, executives, and stakeholders Benefits include: A diverse, inclusive, and fun team Unlimited vacation and sick days Year-End Bonuses Learning and development allowance Ragnarok, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
