Interpret client needs through discovery and analysis.
Provide solutions in a timeframe that meets the client's expectations or a workaround if the permanent solution is not rapidly available Keep the client updated on the progress of the issue reported in a timely manner to manage their expectations appropriately Increase their expertise in a handful of topics to become SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and sharing their knowledge with the team Answer questions and concerns raised by the client and suggesting the best approach to resolve them Contribute to the team's knowledge and process improvementTO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: You are a natural problem solver with strong organizational and time management skills You have experience providing remote technical support to clients You have a strong curiosity and the ability to learn quickly.
