Metapic Role overviewAs a Technical Client Manager, you will be fully competent and responsible for the day-to-day delivery of technical support tasks, processes, and client implementations (new clients, additional markets, additional products, and re-implementations). You will contribute towards delivering efficient, quality implementations across Tradedoubler products and quality support to clients & colleagues within agreed SLA's.
This role is largely client-facing support/technical support and project management, working towards deadlines with fast turnaround times. You will also need to present technical solutions to non-technical people, as well as developers.
Main ResponsibilitiesManage the Tradedoubler affiliate platform on behalf of our advertisers.Answer and resolve technical questions from customers and colleagues.Maintain continuous contact with customers proactively.Quickly identify advertisers' needs to grow their business.Support the sales team in meetings and calls.Stay updated on changes in the market.Document the client's evolution and any relevant changes.Lean on the team to provide solutions and gather different points of view.Discuss results with the team periodically.Learn from success cases with other clients and apply them.Communicate important client information to stakeholders.Liaise with Technical Customer Executives and Managers of other local Tradedoubler offices. Your profileYou're a results-driven professional with strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills combined with a commercial mindset. You enjoy working in a team as a key member, motivating others and leading by example. You are excellent at communicating complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
You have a good knowledge of the digital marketing landscape, with strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. You can prioritize tasks and handle pressure. You are organized and can multitask across different requests, projects, and activities. You are passionate about technology and proactive in problem-solving.
Requirements
University degree (Computing, IT Degree, software programming) or equivalent experience. We also welcome self-taught professionals.
Ability to grasp technical concepts - HTML, JavaScript, Restful APIs, XML, and programming languages.Good written and spoken communication skills.Experience working in a client support/customer service environment preferred.Customer service-minded.Solutions-oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills.Professional approach.Results-driven.Attention to detail.Excellent team player.
