Your tasks You are part of a project team and are responsible for setting up an initial supply of spare parts for a new production line as well as providing support in day-to-day project workIndependently preparing inquiries, requesting quotations, evaluating and negotiating quotations and subsequent documentationCreating cost transparency for price/contract negotiations for maintenance services and materials as well as wear partsResolving complaints, service disruptions and other short-term and tactical challenges with suppliersCollaboration on investment projects and independent handling of small and medium-sized projectsSupporting local requirements in the areas of technical purchasing, services, raw materials and merchandiseExecution of all purchasing tasks (SAP orders, master data creation and maintenance, deadline monitoring, analyses and reports and SAP optimization)Independent and close cooperation with employees in the plant, central purchasing, sales, IT, legal department, accounting and suppliersIdentifying potential savings and implementing suitable measures in coordination with the plant manager and maintenance staffYou are... smart?
