Business Analyst - IT Job Responsibilities / Role Impact AssessmentThe resource will need to schedule with technical SMEs to understand what changes the project will introduce and what the expected milestone for these changes is.The resource will document the findings obtained and provide them as evidence for the project direction.The resource will establish follow-up sessions with the impacted teams to provide the status of the change, schedule POCs, or provide details about the training plan.Mandatory SkillsVast previous experience in a similar role in Financial ServicesStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, hands-on role ensuring actions are completed and followed up onNice to Have SkillsExperience in working in programme methodologiesSome Spanish knowledgeQualitiesTeam playerEnergetic, motivated, and determinedPragmatic and results-orientedAdaptable to a diverse set of technical responsibilitiesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsProductive and able to manage time effectively5+ years in this role.
