TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYSTMISSION: Act as a bridge between business and engineering, capturing specific requirements that serve as a reference for the development and implementation of both software and hardware systems, ensuring alignment with the business goals.
ROLE: Analyze business process and look for optimization, suggesting alternativesGather, analyze, document and validate the requirementsContribute to the design of solutions in close collaboration with Product, SW & HW Teams, balancing technical feasibility with business prioritiesFacilitate collaboration among stakeholders to reach consensus on solutions alternativesTranslate high-level requirements into detailed functional specificationsCollaborate with sales teams during proposal phases, providing insights into solution capabilities.PROFILE: Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical disciplineCertificate in Business Analysis preferredMore than 5 years experience in a similar position, ideally working in an Agile environmentProven experience in analysis and documentation of requirements and business process (i.e. Modelling/design techniques and methods, such as UML/BPMN)Knowledge in enterprise computing (Prog. Language, networking, data centers, infra, cloud, etc)Strong analytical skills with a structured approach and with a strong business and technical visionCapability to synthesize and vulgarize complex problemsStrong communication and influencing skillsFluent in English mandatory, Portuguese is a plusAvailability to travelJOIN US!
