And work closely with the team to advance that team forward both individually and structurally.They have a proven track record of resolving the most complex reaching challenges in relationship to content construction, pipeline management and leading edge visuals. Managing a team of Technical ArtistsDefining content aspirations for the teamImproving and evolving production and organization structuresIdentifying and or selecting tools and technologies to enhance the content creation process.Collaborate with other technical and aesthetic experts within the company to define clear goals for the toolset, pipeline and construction processesCollaborates with the art team on establishing shared Art best practicesParticipates in setting strategic vision for contentWorks with the other content producers to ensure proper game performance and optimizationsIdentifies and tests external 3rd party tools that would help maintain our leading edge in content constructions and visualsIdentifies and executes on the most difficult content creation problems for the projectIdentifies and executes solutions to Pipeline and technology deficiencies within the teamResearch future solutions or cutting-edge content technologiesReviews pipelines and content creation process to identify best practicesWhat We're Looking For 6 or more years experience in large game studios2 or more years of team management experienceMinimum 2-year 2D/3D art degree, architecture degree, or equivalent with excellent critique and vocabulary skills.
