We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOINGAs a Technical Architecture Lead, and as a part of Technology and Operations within CTO, the purpose is to manage all aspects of the delivery of the technology transformation for the CTO function aligning Business and Technology strategy looking at efficiencies and recommendations to improve business processes within the areaWe need someone like you to help us in different fronts :Managing the technology transformation plan within the CTO function with oversight across all CTO internal change. Management and reporting of risks, dependencies & benefits across all individual projects and initiatives.Managing budgets for the CTO technology change project portfolio, working with divisional leadership to support with prioritisation and sequencing from a technical perspective.Engaging with a wide variety of stakeholders to elicit, elaborate and document the full range of requirements.Assisting in the translation of requirements into Features and User Stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria.Supporting by providing direction and leadership to the Scrum / delivery teams and ensuring the solutions delivered meet the levels we strive for within CTO.Contributing to the continuous improvement of our team, both through teaching and through learning
