The Vodafone Mobile Private Network (MPN) portfolio is a newly established business area that aims to meet the Operation Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) digitisation needs of new and evolving business with mission critical set up across key verticals such as manufacturing, utilities, Oil & Gas with a need to supporting their strategy to Industry 4.0 and SCM 4.0. This is an exciting and growth area for Vodafone Group and this business area is targeting new addressable revenue with double-digit growth year-on-year.
Vodafone Business has identified the need to establish and grow its strength in this area with the ambition of positioning Vodafone as a key player and partner of choice in these areas. As an MPN IIoT Enterprise Solution Architect you will bring:
Expertise: Knowledge or know-how of fundamental elements of IIoT, Edge, Application Enablement solutions and have the skills needed to design and build the End to end MPN platform.Experience of designing Platforms.Proven experience with RDMS and NO-SQL such as: Oracle, MS SQL, PostgreSQL, Cassandra, MongoDB.Proficiency in cloud-native development & deployments and web services technologies (e.g. REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTML5, etc.).Experience with Google Apigee, Docker, Kubernetes & Istio and Lambda/Functions.Basic Knowledge of Identity standards (OAuth, UMA, OIDC and SAML).Good networking and security fundamentals.Advanced English.Why Vodafone?
