As a global leader in scientific research and innovation, we are dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.Job Responsibilities:Provide technical application support for quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) instruments and reagentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement new technologies and productsProvide flawless technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance to customersAccurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in our Customer Relationship Management system and assist in the development of continuous improvement.Proactively determine customer needs and provide innovative solutionsKeep up-to-date with the latest scientific advancements in qPCR technologyParticipate in training on products and continuing education on our new applications and technologies.Job Requirements:2+ years laboratory experience.Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific field, preferably in molecular biology or a related area. Equivalent experience will also be considered.Proven experience in qPCR applications and troubleshootingStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesAmbitious and self-motivated with a passion for driving innovationAbility to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environmentFluent English plus one of the following: Italian, French or German languages (spoken and written).
