The job is all about the customer and providing help and guidance. You will be supporting ThermoFisher Scientific products to both internal and external customers.
What will you do: Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email or web chat Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information Participate in additional special team or individual projects Education and competencies required: A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field. 1-5 years laboratory experience Effective communication, both written and oral Customer centric attitude Proficient in Italian and English What's in it for you: Competitive salary Annual Incentive bonus Generous benefits package Excellent career progression as part of a global organisation An innovative and international working environment
