What will you do:
Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email or web chat.
Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system.
Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ and technical information.
Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Education and competencies required:
A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or a similar field.
1-5 years laboratory experience.
Effective communication, both written and oral.
Customer centricity.
Proficient in English and French.
