You will be supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific products to both internal and external customers.
What will you do: Provide technical support for Thermo Fisher Scientific Chemical product lines and services by answering customer technical inquiries received via telephone, email, or web chat.
Accurately record pertinent information from customer contacts in Customer Relationship Management system.
Participate in frequent trainings on products and continue education on new applications and technologies.
Recommend and implement improvements in processes, FAQ, and technical information.
Participate in additional special team or individual projects.
Education and Competencies Required: A Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a similar field.
1-5 years laboratory experience.
Effective communication, both written and oral.
Customer centricity.
Proficient in English and French.
