Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible and accountable for leading, organizing, motivating, and managing geo-diverse teams using agile methodologies in a fast-paced environment to deliver high quality products that meet user story stated success criteria. You may coordinate division-wide team initiatives that align with organizational objectives and support our divisional backlog.
Your Expertise
2+ years of experience in Project Manager, Scrum Master, Software Engineer or Database Developer roles
Experience managing large-scale strategic projects in a fast-paced Agile environment
Solid understanding of Agile project management principles and how to adapt them to new business environments
Proven track record of leading, mentoring, and providing daily feedback to grow your team
Effective communicator with great interpersonal skills who can facilitate, negotiate, mentor, coach, collaborate and build strong agile teams
We'd also love to hear about your experiences with any of the following:
Project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Workfront, Rally, Clarizen, Asana, etc.
Flow diagramming tools such as LucidChart, Visio, etc.
UX/UI mockup and prototyping tools such as Balsamiq, Sketch, PowerPoint, etc.
