Function:
Key Responsibilities of the TeamYou will be responsible for the timely and accurate data preparation on a local GAAP basis for external reporting to Tax Authorities and Auditors.You will work with the Team leader on the timely monthly reporting for US GAAP in accordance with the Company's Month-end Closing schedule.You will prepare the local GAAP Statutory Accounts for the Air Products legal entities in LATAM, which includes the preparation of working papers and related schedules for the Statutory year-end audit process of the Statutory Financial statements to obtain a clean sign-off audit opinion by the Statutory year-end auditors.You will be responsible for the preparation of balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly/quarterly basis in line with company policy.You will ensure all balance sheet reconciliations are completed and filed correctly.Under the supervision of the Team leader, you will set your own priorities and work plan within the overall framework of the Financial accounting group and corporate deadlines.Requirements:
You have 3-5 years of experience as a finance analyst and/or accountant in a Big 4 firm or recognized multinational company.You have working experience in an international team with other accountants.You have experience working with SAP.You have experience of US GAAP and IFRS.You have a degree in Financial Accounting.You speak fluent English and Spanish; any other European languages will be an asset.You have experience working in a team with other part-qualified and qualified accountants.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.What we offer?
