Position OverviewAutodesk Customer Technical Success is looking for trusted advisors to help our Enterprise customers optimize their product investment and achieve measurable business outcomes.

We are looking for a professional with Infrastructure experience, supporting a broad range of technologies in large-scale enterprise environments.
You will work closely with existing and future Major Accounts across EMEA.
You will join the Customer Technical Success (CTS) group within Customer Success, a team that values professional development and rewards consistent engagement.
This role is hybrid - you can use our office spaces but are not forced to come in a specific amount of days per week. You might be required to attend an office-based meeting or workshop. For larger Accounts, some travel is required to visit and engage with our Customers.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver technically guided presentations and lead discovery calls to uncover customer needs.Develop packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.Establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a technical trusted advisor, including customer interactions, regular internal account team planning meetings, and implementing activities in customer success plans.Demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to help customers achieve results identified in customer success plans.Provide technical assistance and recommendations for Enterprise Customers based on data analytics.Take a problem management approach to find opportunities for improvement initiatives.You will be assigned to several customers and will work together with an account team, and you will also collaborate with other accounts providing your expertise.Create, own, and maintain Technical Success Action plans for your Accounts, including value and customer outcomes.You will report to a TAS Manager within the EMEA TAS Team.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.3 - 5 years of Civil Engineering, Infrastructure, Geospatial technology, or related industry experience.Advanced knowledge of Autodesk infrastructure solutions including Civil 3D and Infraworks.Additional knowledge of Revit, ACC, Navisworks, Recap, Inventor, BIM 360 services, Vault, and competitor products is a strong benefit.Demonstrated Design experience in civil engineering projects.Interested in keeping up with industry trends and processes in a cutting-edge environment.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers.Ability to convey complex technical details coherently to a live or virtual audience.Demonstrated interest in learning new skills and technologies.Fluency in English and French required, any other additional European language is a plus.Team player who enjoys supporting and working with other members of a shared responsibility team.You don't wait for work to present itself.Preferred QualificationsTechnical consulting experience and/or technical project delivery experience with large, demanding customers.Experience with Revit & ACC is very beneficial.LI-EL1
