You'll craft and execute strategies to drive our customers' adoption and use of AWS services, including EC2, S3, DynamoDB & RDS databases, Lambda, CloudFront CDN, IoT, and many more.Key job responsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Building solutions, providing technical guidance, and advocating for the customer.Ensuring AWS environments remain operationally healthy whilst reducing cost and complexity.Developing trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.Driving technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.Consulting with a range of partners from developers to C-suite executives.Collaborating with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.Proactively finding opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.Providing detailed reviews of service disruptions, monthly & quarterly metrics, and detailed pre-launch planning.Solving a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate their workloads to the cloud.Uplifting customer capabilities by running workshops, brown bag sessions, etc.A day in the lifeAs we continue to rapidly expand in EMEA, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills while working with talented cloud technologists and expanding your knowledge of AWS products.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSExperience with operational parameters and troubleshooting for three (3) of the following: compute/storage/networking/CDN/databases/DevOps/big data and analytics/security/applications development in a distributed systems environment.Experience in technical engineering.Bachelor's degree.Spanish and English proficiency.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience with AWS services or other cloud offerings.Experience in internal enterprise or external customer-facing environment as a technical lead.Portuguese proficiency is a plus.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
