Job Description: The Technical Account Manager will work with existing and potential Shiji Enterprise Platform customers to achieve ongoing revenue opportunities. Responsibilities include liaising with other members of Shiji to ensure effective coordination between departments, representing customer requirements to management, and developing trusted relationships with customers.
Role & ResponsibilitiesBe the first point of contact for customer inquiries and effectively triage requests.Develop a deep understanding of the customer's technical and business challenges.Lead requirement discussions with customers and offer high-quality solution consultancy.Serve as a knowledge hub for internal teams regarding customer operations and needs.Ensure customer requirements are qualified, scoped, and documented.Represent qualified customer business plans to management for strategic alignment.Coordinate product updates and marketing efforts via meetings and presentations.Provide regular project updates to internal and customer senior management.Work closely with project managers to develop project plans and communicate progress.Ensure alignment and consistency of delivery plans for project implementation.Qualifications7+ years' experience in the hospitality technology industry.Bachelor's degree in a related field; a master's in hospitality management is a plus.Ability to quickly learn product and technical knowledge.Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.Expertise in hospitality management systems and industry trends.Experience working with software development/product management teams is desirable.Fluent in both written and verbal English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.Professional SkillsAbility to apply critical thinking in discussions.Excellent consulting, communication, and customer management skills.Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.Capability to liaise with various stakeholders at different levels.Good knowledge of collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Smartsheet.Additional InformationExciting job within a creative environment with opportunities to grow and develop.
