You'll provide advice on architecture, support strategy, project, and launch planning, as well as ongoing operational issues.AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest-growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers, including the public sector.The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success.
AWS Support partners with a global list of customers building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.Key Job ResponsibilitiesBuild solutions, provide technical guidance, and advocate for the customer.Ensure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity.Develop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges.Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management using your technical acumen and customer obsession.Consult with a range of partners from developers to C-suite executives.Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.Proactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS.#J-18808-Ljbffr
