In this role, you'll manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire exceptional talent that embodies our values and supports our mission. While this role will focus primarily on growing our Software Engineering and Product Management teams there may be times when you focus on other roles to best help the business.You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, priorities, and long-term goals. You'll provide insights into current market trends and talent availability, helping hiring managers align their expectations with the talent landscape. You'll be responsible for developing innovative sourcing strategies, building a strong talent pipeline, providing excellent candidate experience, and driving continuous improvement in our recruitment practices.Responsibilities:Coordinate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and candidate selection criteria. While your main focus will be Tech roles (software engineering, product management, etc.) you may also need to help hire for various roles across the business.Deliver against hiring KPIs and ensure SLAs are met while educating hiring teams on the importance of these.Source quality applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, and develop talent attraction strategies to help us hire.Provide an exceptional candidate experience and help understand gaps in our processes to improve this.Document and maintain records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and related documents, to share with key stakeholders.Identify areas of improvement in our talent acquisition processes and help improve how Hostaway hires.Collaborate with the People Operations team and ensure the end-to-end hiring journey is well coordinated.4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting for technical roles (e.G., software engineering, data science, DevOps, Product Management, etc.).Proven expertise in sourcing top tech talent through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech-specific platforms and networks.Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, collaborate on defining role requirements, and advise on market trends and candidate availability.Skilled at assessing technical skills and company values fit, with experience using various interview techniques and assessment tools for evaluating tech candidates.Strong pipeline-building skills, with experience in proactive talent sourcing and creating long-term connections with passive candidates in the tech sector
