We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Specialist for a project that requires deep expertise in monday.com. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing monday.com solution and workflows, strong SQL knowledge, a solid understanding of financial processes, and proven experience in project management.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and customization of monday.com solutions, including building workflows tailored to the needs of each team.
- Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure workflows and processes align with best practices.
- Integrate monday.com with other platforms and databases in collaboration with our BI teams.
- Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time reporting and analytics within monday.com.
- Provide training and tech support to internal teams, ensuring effective use of monday.com features.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with project management best practices.
- Work with finance teams to ensure that financial tracking processes and workflows are accurately reflected and optimized.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions to improve overall processes.
- Drive adoption of new tools across the organization through the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials.
- Certifications in Project Management or monday.com.
