DESCRIPTIONWe are seeking a highly skilled Tech Specialist for a project that requires deep expertise in monday.com. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing monday.com solutions and workflows, strong SQL knowledge, a solid understanding of financial processes, and proven experience in project management.Key job responsibilitiesLead the implementation and customization of monday.com solutions, including building workflows tailored to the needs of each team.Collaborate with finance and other departments to ensure workflows and processes align with best practices.Integrate monday.com with other platforms and databases in collaboration with our BI teams.Design and optimize data pipelines for real-time reporting and analytics within monday.com.Provide training and tech support to internal teams, ensuring effective use of monday.com features.Oversee project execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and align with project management best practices.Work with finance teams to ensure that financial tracking processes and workflows are accurately reflected and optimized.Troubleshoot technical issues and develop innovative solutions to improve overall processes.Drive adoption of new tools across the organization through the creation of comprehensive documentation and training materials.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSProven experience in leading the implementation and configuration of monday.com for team-wide solutions.Strong SQL skills.Prior experience in technology project management.Deep understanding of financial processes and the ability to design workflows that enhance financial tracking tasks.Extensive knowledge of workflow development on monday.com.Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.Experience in training end users on tech platforms.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCertifications in Project Management or monday.com.Knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools.Experience integrating monday.com with financial systems and other platforms.
