Type of work: Hybrid Work Language: Fluent Business English About the Role As the Technology Lead Creator Community and Toolset, you will be responsible for the technical vision of the Digital Creator Community inside Nespresso. The Creator Community is a technical community formed by Developers, Analysts, Designers, UX, SEO Professionals, etc working on Digital Touchpoints for Nespresso. The Tech Lead will play a critical role in establishing a common vision on Creator Toolset, including productivity tools as well as Community and Communication tools. In other words, you will be responsible to ensure that our Creators have the right working tools and work setting, to maximize productivity and staff retention. The Tech Lead will be in charge of the toolset roadmap, Creator Portal Content, as well as stakeholder management. What You'll Bring Own, develop, and execute a Technology Vision for our Creator Community and its toolset that aligns with the Nespresso Tech & Digital business goals. Cross-functional collaboration and Stakeholder engagement: Work closely with UX/UI, Development, Testing, Product & Operations teams to integrate various perspectives into the Toolset and Community Vision and build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Team Leadership: Lead the Technical Writer and Creator Community Lead to form a strong team that makes the shared vision come to live. Work with peers to improve the quality of internal communication with our community. Prepare Budget decisions inside the Toolkit area, as well as monitoring current spending by our suppliers. Monitor performance of key suppliers and maintain the operational vendor relations. Lead the analysis of the current technology environment to recommend solutions for improvement and make sure our toolkit ecosystem remains relevant, performant, sustainable and in line with our enterprise technology architecture. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of design and implementation experience in IS/IT, with Agile methodologies. Proven experience in Business Stakeholder Management in the context of Digital Experience development. Familiar with Security, Compliance and Risk Management. Working effectively with 3rd party offshore suppliers and with virtual teams. Proficiency in English. Bonus Points If You:
