Your Role & Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of software engineers, mentoring and coaching them to achieve technical excellence. Oversee the full software development lifecycle , ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Design and implement new system solutions and modify existing ones to meet client needs. Collaborate with mechanical and electrical engineers to ensure seamless communication and project execution. Manage project plans, troubleshoot complex technical challenges, and apply best practices. Validate and test systems to ensure top-tier performance and quality. What You Bring to the Table 8-10 years of experience as a Senior Software Engineer with strong coding and project management skills. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering , or a related field. 2 years of experience leading and mentoring software engineering teams. Expertise in modern development tools, technologies, and testing methods (unit, integration, and system tests). A passion for problem-solving and a deep commitment to software development excellence.
