About you You'll be the technical leader of an AI Squad, a dynamic team encompassing a Project Manager and specialists engineers in Backend, Frontend, and Machine Learning. Together, we will be collaborating directly with the AI Department of a leader in the Customer Experience industry.
For this position we are searching for a Tech Lead experienced in building cloud-native software with knowledge of state-of-the-art AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) or Transformer-based models. You have proven experience working with AWS and hold relevant certifications. You've led teams on AI projects and know how to set up the tech that makes these projects run smoothly. More than just tech skills, you're good at guiding your team and making sure projects get done right. You possess a strong understanding of software design, encompassing SOLID principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and Event-Driven Architecture (EDA). Additionally, you are versed in the fundamental principles of security, logging, monitoring, and providing support for projects in a production environment.
About your day-to-day Set the technical vision and direction for the project, ensuring that the technical strategy aligns with the business goals, creating a high-performing and scalable SaaS. Design agile, scalable, and maintainable systems that meet the requirements and solve the technical challenges faced by the team. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product vision aligns with technical feasibility. While your primary role is leadership, you'll also be expected to contribute code, debug tough problems, and provide hands-on technical expertise. Prioritize and address technical debt, ensuring that the system remains maintainable and scalable. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the team members, helping them grow professionally. Key qualifications and skills Strong written and spoken communication skills in English. 7+ years of Software Development experience, at least 2 in a leading role. Proficient with .NET and knowledgeable with frontend languages and frameworks like Typescript and Vue.Js. Highly experienced with AWS infrastructure and cloud-native apps. SQL and NoSQL experience. Proficient with the use of GitLab. Superb communication skills. MSc in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. What's nice to have Prior experience with AI projects involving Large Language Models, embeddings, etc. AWS Certification. For this position you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
