About the Role We're on the hunt for a tech-savvy leader to drive innovation, guide our team, and craft next-level software solutions.
In this role, you'll steer our technology ship and ensure our infrastructure—featuring Laravel, Nuxt, Cloudflare, AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and Cypress —powers our global mission smoothly and securely.
Think strategy meets execution: You'll be scaling systems, implementing best practices, exploring new technologies, and mentoring an exceptional team.
You'll work hand-in-hand with product managers to transform ideas into functional, scalable, and beautiful solutions.
What You'll Do: Be a builder : Architect scalable, high-availability systems using our stellar tech stack.
Be a leader : Inspire, guide, and empower your front-end and back-end teams to achieve greatness.
Be a visionary : Partner with product managers to align tech with our bold vision, delivering value to millions of users.
Be a problem-solver : Tackle complex challenges, introduce new technologies, and continuously optimize performance.
Be an advocate : Champion CI/CD, clean code, testing, and operational excellence across all phases of development.
Be hands-on : Oversee infrastructure, monitor KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to keep us at the top of our game.
Your Skills 5 years in tech, with leadership experience.
Bonus points if you've worked on streaming platforms or subscription-based businesses.
Solid experience with PHP , TypeScript , and frameworks like Laravel and Nuxt (or similar).
Expertise in SQL and large, complex data structures.
Proven ability to manage cloud infrastructure (hello, AWS and Kubernetes).
Leadership that inspires and empowers others.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Strategic thinker with an analytical, data-driven mindset.
Cool-headed decision-maker in fast-paced environments.
