The Technical Leader, based on the nominal role of a development engineer, is a recognized leader and expert in engineering and coding within his technological scope.
He supports and contributes to the skill development of the development engineers within their scope.
He makes a major contribution to the DevOps transformation as well as the implementation of tools and methods that optimize productivity, efficiency, resilience, and software maintainability.
He/she is the referent for the application of development standards and best practices and ensures a high level of code quality is maintained.
The Tech Lead ensures the proper implementation of Group and local architecture standards and is responsible for maintaining a high level of quality and performance of the applications within his scope.
The Tech Lead collaborates closely with other team members.
