Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Enablement Lead to build and execute enablement plans for our Tech community in EMEA.
This role will be responsible for the initial onboarding, continuing education, and career development of our SAs, CSMs, and managers.
You will be the expert on Field Enablement, Readiness, Effectiveness, and Professional Development, building relationships with all levels within EMEA Tech teams and the SSOE cross-functional teams to build and land effective readiness and high productivity enablement solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Gather skills and competencies requirements from local SAs, CSMs, and managers.
Combine enablement expertise to design and execute enablement plans and programs.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data.
Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies or equivalent.
Enablement experience.
Additional Qualifications: Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
Experience in finance, business management, and sales operations.
