We are seeking a tele-operator for a leading company in the energy sector to provide technical support.What are we looking for?Native or C2 level of GermanAdvanced level of English (C1-B2)Residence in BarcelonaPreferably studies or experience related to the field of electricity (specialist profile)A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education is requiredAn electro technical qualification is preferredAn (Higher) Electric Technical Vocational Certificate / Diploma; (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) or comparable experiencesBasic understanding of mathematical concepts, including graphical representation of dataDeeper interest in PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar-inverters, -modules, -monitoring & control, as well as storage and e-mobility systems, standards and normative requirementsWhat do we offer you?Salary: 25.000 €/gross for the first year21.500 + 3.500 €/gross (25.000 €/gross) after the first yearPermanent contract at 39h/week (probation period 2 months)5 weeks training starting 29th July, Monday to Friday from 9 a.M. to 5 p.M.
