Responsible tasks include answering complex technical customer issues by phone and online web tools and providing support to other departments of our client. The Technical Customer Support Representative Renewable Energy is responsible for using communication and troubleshooting skills to provide customer support to electrical installers and end customers of our client.Requirements: Required languages: Dutch Native or bilingual, English - Advanced (B2-C1).Required studies/experience: Preferably studies or experience related to the field of electricity (specialist profile). A technical associate degree or equivalent combination of education is required. An electro technical qualification is preferred. An (Higher) Electric Technical Vocational Certificate / Diploma; (Ciclo Formativo Grado Superior) or comparable experiences.Basic understanding: Basic understanding of mathematical concepts, including graphical representation of data.Deeper interest: Deeper interest in PV/Solar technology and systems: PV/Solar inverters, modules, monitoring & control, as well as storage and e-mobility systems, standards and normative requirements.Others requirements: Residence in Spain.
