How You'll Make an Impact Create, develop, train, motivate and lead a diverse team of highly qualified Field Service specialists, engineers & supervisors to become a benchmark for energy service implementation for traditional and New Energy Business including training, operational and strategic resource development, team building, etc. Implement complex service CCPP outages in EU & AF in the role of either GT Technical Site Lead for 2000E, 4000F, 8000H, 9000HL or General Site Manager for CCPP Power Trains including Steam Turbines and Generators. Support establishing and provide active guidance in internal resource planning, local and global subcontractor development and capability management. Actively engage in outage preparation of all EU & AF large service activities and provide relevant guidance and input for best-in-class outage execution in EU & AF based on relevant project KPI's, HSE, Quality and customer satisfaction. Support organizational development of G SV EU & AF to become the "best place to work" based on people motivation, trust, empowerment, feedback culture and team spirit. Support modernization and further development of tooling and equipment landscape of FS EU & AF. Actively drive the implementation of FS digitalization and modernization, e.g., paperless outage, data driven maintenance, capability based optimized resource allocation, usage of 3-D and remote technologies, drones, etc. What You Bring Siemens Energy Field Service - certified technical Site Lead with at least 10 years of experience in leading & implementing maintenance activities on Siemens Gas turbines 2000E & 4000F to relevant standards reporting to different regional Field Service organizations; exposure to 8000H, Steam Turbine Maintenance and/or Generator Maintenance is an advantage. Diploma/ bachelor's degree in a technical discipline OR a Vocationally Trained/ High School Diploma/ GED. Profound skills and experience in general mechanical maintenance activities of power generation equipment or in the Oil & Gas industry and willingness to continuously work hands-on under time pressure and in difficult conditions. Excellent understanding of latest relevant on-site, sales, project and back-office processes, standards and requirements with the ability to challenge the status quo and implement best-in-class solutions in a diverse, multinational professional environment. Extensive network in the relevant partner organizations (Field Service other regions, Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Factories & Operations). Strong analytical and problem-solving competence with focus on balanced, pragmatic hands-on solutions based on profound technical knowledge and experience, an affinity to new technology and innovation and the willingness to fast-track if required. High level of intrinsic motivation, resilience and personal engagement to achieve general, organizational and project specific targets. Profound understanding of different contractual constellations and local regulations and their successful transformation into service execution based on project KPI's. Proven track record of pro-actively embracing, building and managing excellent long-term customer and subcontractor relationships. Proven track record in pro-actively co-creating successful and innovative outage concepts with internal and external partners based on relevant project KPI's. Proven track record in organizing and implementing Field Service capability improvement measures, training and organizational development projects. Pro-active approach, up-to-date know-how, proven track record on successful implementation of HSE in service execution and HSE related people and organizational development. Team player with the ability to work, communicate effectively and respectfully (fluent English written and oral) and solve problems under pressure in a complex environment, collaborating with international and culturally diverse teams. Willing to travel extensively internationally and work flexible hours on demand.
