The team works in a dynamic environment where innovating on behalf of our customers is at the heart of everything we do.If this sounds exciting to you, please read on.As the Team Manager Operations, you will supervise a team of digital content associates. You will manage defined problems by delegating tasks, identifying roadblocks and recommending trade-offs. You will also be responsible for delivering on team goals, providing guidance or coaching to your direct reports and for hiring new talent.To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of leading operational teams, executing deliverables with guidance, communicating effectively and improving operational processes by driving standardization or resource optimization.Key job responsibilitiesManage a team of 10-15 on tasks related to content publishing, quality or data labellingPartner with internal and external teams to execute business goalsGuide and own Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and share best practices across all teamsPlan and commit to deliverables by managing the team resources and infrastructure, queue, shifts, cross training, and time off.Provide support for the optimization of various operations, team productivity, customer experience and workforce metricsPerform root cause analysis and create documentation to reflect the identified gaps, problem, root cause and solutions.Initiate and lead process improvement projects, present solutions, and implement them to relevant operational areasEvaluate existing team members and hire new ones while applying the Amazon hiring bar.About the teamAlong with two other sites (Chennai, India and San Jose, Costa Rica), the Prime Video Global Operations team partners with a wide range of stakeholders across the Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience
