Do you enjoy team management?
Do you have experience as a Team Leader in a Customer Service department for the DACH market (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland)?
Would you like to be part of a high-impact pharmaceutical company?

You are the right person if: - You have 5 years of experience, preferably in a contact center or in the healthcare industry.
- You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Postgraduate and/or Master's degree in e.g.
Business Management, Human Resources Management, Operations or Coaching desired.
- You have language skills: Bilingual in German + English or Spanish.
- You have demonstrated leadership experience through direct or indirect leadership responsibilities.
- You have experience with digital solutions and healthcare industry in a contact center desired.
- Flexibility to travel.
