Team Manager - (C144)

Direct Management Role Leading a team of 10 - 12 outbound sales development representatives in a tech sales & marketing agency.
Compensation: - €50,000 to €60,000 OTE per annum (including 100% achievable quarterly bonus) - 28 days of holidays per year - Career development plan to progress to Operations Manager or Account Director with room to increase earnings to €90K in 2 years - Opportunity to travel & work from our global offices in Barcelona, New Zealand, Miami, Singapore & the Philippines.
About the Role We are looking for a highly motivated, charismatic Performance Manager to join our office in Barcelona.
You will be at the core of EIMS leading, managing, and developing teams across lead generation, channel & inside sales programmes for multinational IT vendors.
Reporting to the Business Unit Director, this is an exciting and challenging role with fantastic opportunities to develop as an Operations Manager with long-term career growth and advancement.
Requirements - 1+ years of directly leading a team of 5 or more sales/pre-sales agents responsible for outbound client prospecting.
- Strong communicator able to deliver messages in a motivating and inspirational manner whilst maintaining high standards and discipline.
- Proven skills in Coaching, Training & Development of a team.
