Requirements:Have native level Norwegian, Swedish or Danish language skills alongside a high level of written and spoken English. Additional language skills in Spanish would be a bonus.Be able to show at least 2 years management or proven leadership experience, ideally in finance or banking.Have Banking/Finance experience, a related degree and skills which will be highly beneficial.Demonstrate business and process-flow skills.Have worked in a Contact Centre environment and have a passion for the delivery of first-class customer service and B2B fulfillment ambitions.Be experienced in managing relationships at all B2B levels across diverse cultural backgrounds.Possess a "can do" attitude, be highly organized and be able to prioritize tasks.Understand how strong communication and listening skills can develop the very best customer service teams.Be comfortable under pressure and working to deadlines.Able to work alone as well as part of a team.Be proficient with various IT packages (including MS Office) in order to produce reports etc.Offer spotless history of economic records.Key Responsibilities:Fulfilling KPI/performance targets through established processes.Ensuring B2B and Quality compliance.Forward planning and resulting implementation.Meeting all legal standards and all Webhelp administrative requirements.Supporting Team Leader and support functions to enable them to succeed in their day-to-day work.Forward planning and implementation for ongoing improvement within the project.Your workday will be a combination of in our office (which has space for 800 employees) and home-based.
