By joining us, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the shopping experience for customers worldwide.Key job responsibilitiesTeam Manager will:Manage day to day operations with a team of AI Data Validators and AI Validator LeadsManage work prioritization and delivery based on business needsEnsure high quality delivery under aggressive deadlinesPlan capacity and commit to volume by managing resources, queue, shift management, cross training, and leave managementTrack weekly/monthly metrics and process reviews with internal and external stakeholders across time zonesMaximize productivity and process efficiency through process standardization, strong process documentation, supervision, analysis and performance feedback on a periodic basisInitiate and lead process improvement projects, present solution proposals, and implement them to other applicable/in-scope operational areasOwn team's hiring, performance and development through performance metrics, training, feedback and coaching on an ongoing basisBASIC QUALIFICATIONSA Bachelors Degree with relevant experience of 4+ years with 2+ years of people managementExcellent communication (written & oral), strong organizational skills and detail orientedStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skillsComfortable working in a fast paced, highly collaborative, dynamic work environmentWillingness to support several projects at one time, and to accept re-prioritization as necessaryPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSCandidates with proficiency in French/German/Japanese/Spanish language will be preferredBusiness Analytics experienceSix Sigma/Green Belt CertificationMBAAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
