Team Manager - Advanced English - Premium Clients (Luxury Cars)

We are looking for a Team Manager with advanced English for a leading multinational automotive company to manage a team that is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of quality in all interactions.
Offer Conditions: Permanent contract .
Training within a contract.
On-site work modality at our offices in Puerta de Toledo/Pirámides - Paseo Imperial, 14.
Potential transition to a hybrid work model after the learning curve is overcome.
An excellent work environment within an international team.
Requirements: Excellent coordination and communication skills.
English C1 minimum (Is valuable knowledge of another language).
Knowledge of 'luxury', team management (there will be 15 people), teaching experience because you will be a contact person for all the information and you have to know how to transmit well the info to the agents and, for that reason, it will be a plus.
Residence in any area of Madrid .
