Job Description: Attends to all guest needs Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner. Respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally Ensure food and beverage orders taken are complete and correct Ensure that food and beverage ordered by guest are delivered on time within the company standard Responsible for the cleanliness and completeness of table set up following the company standards Gives equal respect to his/her superiors and fellow employees Performs other related duties and function assigned by his/her superior Job Specifications: With at least 2 year working experience as Officer in Charge preferably in Casual Dining and/or Fine Dining Restaurant With Excellent Communication Skills Perform cash audit and inventory. Can work long hours Can use MS EXCEL confidently for daily and monthly reports. Can start ASAP Willing to be assigned in SM Megamall.
